We are living in a time where we are constantly "on the go." A lifestyle like this is highly encouraged while being still and taking a break is often considered non-productive and lazy. Is there such thing as having favorite yoga poses? Well, in my book...the answer is an astound YES! There are some great yoga poses out there, but I certainly have my favorites.
